I think Lin Yvtang is one without doubt. I am reading his Moment in Peking(Jing Hua Yan Yun) and I really appreciate his marvellous skills of harnessing the English language. And the content of this book is also worth reading. Can you think about any other Chinese writers who can also use this universal language to express profound ideas? Please do share with us :)

Eileen Chang. She was an accomplished Chinese writer but she could also write great English essays.
