James Banner, the Director of External Courses at Hilderstone College in Kent, UK, gave a seminar to a group of teachers at East China Normal University on 14 November.
James' seminar focussed on academic writing with tips on ways to improve the organisation of your writing, helping you to link your points and express yourself with clarity and precision. He also looked at ways to practise summarising and avoiding plagiarism.
