Birmingham

A brummie (native or resident of Birmingham), when talking about his home town, might say:
"Everyone feels at home in Birmingham, in London everyone feels like a stranger".
A cockney (native of the East End of London) would be unlikely to agree, but there is a lot to be said for the United Kingdom’s second largest city.
