Do you believe in feng-shui? My uncle brought an apartment and planned to decorate it. As Chinese culture, especially in Chaoshan area, people attach great attention to feng-shui. By choosing the proper direction for every room and every set of furniture, the house may bring good luck and fortune. For instance, the oven in the kitchen should be placed towards the west, the living room and the dining room shouldn't be in one line, and so on...
Well, l lot of stuff that i've never heard about, but very interesting, I doubt about its reliability, and I am not being superstitious, but it's the faith in mind to be safe and happy when living in a new house. do you agree?

Oh yeah, Olivia, remember Tony once came over and started talking about Feng Shui to me? I know nothing about it! It's a bit bizzare to me that some Westerners (not Tony though) can be really obssessed with Feng Shui, much more than Chinese are.

Believe it or not, Feng Shui is very very popular here in the UK. Well, many ppl in the West generally have this unspeakable superstition originating from exotic coutries like China, India, Egypt etc.

I think so.Though we are not superstitious,we still have the hope that we can live happily and safely. So feng-shui is not so bad.
