PS: My English is no good. There maybe many mistake about my writing .all of you is my teacher. You can indicate my mistake and amend it. Thank you for your help.
Sometime, I have touched the people who killed himself in my job. Sorry, I can’t help them .It’s easy to say what is mental healthy, just always be happy. But many of them didn’t know how to be happy. We get much pressure form the work or life everyday .You can choose the hobby which can reduce your pressure, such as printing, reading or listening to the music. You can also hanging out with your friends and family. Go to shopping with them, and sharing about your problem with them. Many times, they can give the opinion to solve the problem effectively.
Learning how to face to the problem and enjoy it. You can get the experience of life in the process. Don’t escape it. I read a meaning Chinese’s sentence before “能解決的問題,不用煩惱,不能解決的問題,何必要煩惱。“ I n English “ problem can solve, do not worry. Problem can’t solve, no need to worry. “ Take it easy and enjoy everyday.

I think your "ps" should not be put on the top of your blog, mmaybe putting it at the end of your blog would be better:)
And it also indicates that you are not confident enough , right?
My teacher in the university told me that a person who wanted to learn English well must dare to speak it and write it bravely.Don't be afraid:)

Hi tiffany. Interesting post, and has requested here are some corrections:
I have touched the people who killed himself in my job. - you may want to say -
I sympathise with people who nearly kill themselves by working too much.
or
I sympathise with overworked people.
I think the message of your post is about achieving 'Work life balance' ?
Cheers.
Andy
