Hello, I've been away from our site for quite a long time. And I have something to share with you from the earthquake on this Monday.
I took the train from Chengdu to Chongqing on May 11, the day before the terrible earthquake. I had planned to buy the ticket for May 12, I do not understand why I changed the time. Everything were normal on May 11 and in the morning of May 12. I went out to buy something after lunch, suddenly, I felt dizzy while I was looking at a funny picture under a road pass 10-minute walk distance from my apartment. I saw a group of people ran out of the garden where they were rested several seconds ago on the same road side, on the other side, some people looked up and discussed something with others. I still did NOT understand what had happened untill some one shouted, EARTHQUAKE. I quickly moved to the other side of the road where samller building were built. I took out my cell phone, actually, no response at all. At the same time, people in uniforms, in night-suit and some others moved to the middle of the road. What only be seen in film truely happened. 我当时真觉得完了。Worries on the people's faces and in their eyes. (Chongqing is a untain city. Most of the buildings in the downtown area are 30-level ones.)
I made calls to home in Chengdu but failed again and again. After 3 hours, 17:40, I finally heard the voice from my parents from Chengdu where is only less than 100 KM from the epi-centre. The aftershocks were constantly felt in Chengdu downtown area now, 80 hours after the biggest one.

I'll lead a group of children from the quake-stricken area. It's a good way to show my own care to them. What a golden chance!
----------Alvin may not know better, but may try harder.
