Last week I went to the www2008 conference in Beijing.
The slogan for the conference was 'One Web, One Dream' and was held next to the Olympic Stadium in Wuzhou.
The conference is an international annual event where computer scientists, practitioners and those interested in the web come to meet together to present, discuss and listen to ideas, results and predcitions on the Web itself. I
found the conference extremely interesting and learnt alot about the work that goes on around the world related to computing. I even took away a few ideas on how to make English Online even better for our users such as yourself

In the meantime, here is a photo of me at the event, admittedly looking rather confused by my team members explination! The session was on 'user experience' and maybe it was just all a bit too much!
