In the year 2007 and early 2008 the British Council Guangzhou has worked in partnership with the education bureau in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanhai District in Foshan City, Zhuhai and Xiamen City.

We have run 21 face-to-face events, offering cascade training, refresher training, ELT workshops, networking activities, presentations and lectures to local English teachers in primary and secondary schools.

Around 2,000 English teachers have participated in the events. For reference materials of the ELT workshops, please see below. You are free to download them.
