Learning English Through Drama with Hong Kong Secondary Students

If you missed this session at the IATEFL Young Learners’ Special Interest Group event at British Council on Mon 20 November, 2007, here’s a second chance to participate.

To support senior secondary English language teachers’ development in the area of teaching English through drama, our workshop centres on use of the pedagogic dramatic convention of freeze-frame. We use this performative technique as a means into the aural-oral work and scripting of scene writing. We invite senior secondary teachers who want to collaborate with peers, be creative, and have fun.
