I am a little depressed today that England did not win against Russia in Moscow. Now it may be another summer watching a tournament without the team i support playing in it.

I notice that China are thinking of hosting the World Cup in 2018? I hope they win it, as it would be great to hold a World Cup in Asia again.

I saw on the news that the NBA were in Shanghai recently, which makes me think that Basketball is more popular than football. Is that the case?

in China, i think basketball is more popular than football. chinese football team has been disappointing us all the time while NBA is an exciting game. Euro Cup is also great though.
we can see there are many basketball ground all over china but not football. of course it has sth to do with money, but we do tell sth from that
