Hi visitor (01/02/2010-7:57am), like in this practice, you cannot write all answers in capital letters, e.g. the caller's name is David McAvoy (instead of MCAVOY), and for appearance, it's denim jacket (not DENIM) because the gap-fill for 'denim' is right after a comma, so the answer 'denim' is required to be written in small letters.

To Admin,
Does the ALL CAPS rule work on both listening and reading modules' answers?

Hi visitor, you almost got it right, it should be 'McAvoy' though.
