The BBC recently ran an article about a man, Ammon Shea, who reads the Oxford English Dictionary for fun (link below). It listed his favourite English words and asked readers to write in with theirs. Below is a kind of "Alice in Wonderland" reflection of a project undertaken a few years back by the BC to find out people’s favourite English words. Which one do you like most?
