I really don’t know what does reading mean to others, but for me, it’s not only a way to learn more about the world, but also a good chance to relax , to get away from the real life and all the unhappiness. This semester, as for English reading, I spent most of my time on magazines, such as English Salon, Reader Digest, Crazy English and so on. They are really good materials for the training of my reading speed. While reading, I always could take down some wonderful expressions and useful knowledge of daily life. I also finished two biographies of world’s celebrities. One is Oprah Winfrey, the other is Michal Jordan. The book showed me all the troubles she had to get through, all the prizes she has got and all the feelings she shared with average people, her encouragements and her best wishes for all of us. Oprah’s story fascinated me and I decided to be a successful woman in the future just likes her. While I didn’t quite into the author’s writing style of Michal Jordan. Honestly, it made me crazy. He informed me little about Jordan’s childhood or his stories through the way to become a super star.      However, he kept talking about basketball matches and the scores Jordan got. You see, I am not a girl who shows any interest in basketball. And it’s hard for me to bear so many boring games that I quit the book halfway. One of the thick books in English version now I am reading is “Remembering the Darkness----women in soviet prison.” It opens a window for people to look back and creates a path for people to see the miserable life of women in soviet prison at the same time. In my point of view, it’s important to look back on the past, living at present and dreaming about the future.I wish I could finish the whole book this semester and continue taking good and useful information via reading and scanning more magazines. And the most important，keep the habits of reading to broaden my eyes of the world and improve my English.

In the process of growing up, there would always be some hearty people who keep telling us: Love your life! Treasure your life! It known to us all that life is so precious and none of us can start the specific journey once again. Every day we receive many philosophic theories about life. However, we don’t need those complicated thoughts, the only thing we want to find out is: how can we love our life, what we need to do actually? Following are the advice from my own standpoint.

On Power of Words    We human beings communicate with each other by words in daily life. It’s commonly received that words are useful and even can be powerful sometimes. But, when can the power of words fully be conveyed? In my point of view, there are three factors that make the words powerful.  The first one is the right time to speak your mind. One should learn to analyze whether it’s the right time to let your words out of your throat, and catch the opportunity to say something when it’s definitely the right time. If your listeners are in desperate need of quite or in bad mood, you had better keep silence.    The second one is the right words said at the right time. No natter how learnt you are and how coherent your logic is, the words come out of your mouth at the wrong time is nothing at all. What’s more, it can be destructive if the inappropriate words annoy your listeners. On the other hand, the suitable words are warmly welcomed. .Though some of them may be not so persuasive; they do have power to some extent, for at least, they can make the listener feel comfortable.  The last one is the right person to say the words. It’s believed that all man created equal, however, it’s not true in our current society. Only the right person can deal with some specific problems easily. What they said sometimes have times value of what of other people. Imaging this, you’re quite opposed to some unfair laws. In order to make it abolished, you appeal for it every day. But the laws continue being carried out for decades or years before your voice is heard. Would it be much easier if you are just one of the persons who are in charge of drafting of the laws? Would your words be more powerful then?   To conclude, words are not always powerful. The right time, the right words and the right person are the three important elements of the words. Only when the words are expressed correctly by the right person at the right time can them be powerful.   

Since I joined the company, I haven't enjoyed one full weekend.

So tired that nothing want to do,perhaps only difference could excite me.At the boring time,english online give me a pleasant surprise,I believe this will be a good starting,a beautiful travel,with my dream,my bf.
